Who's in the "Keepin It Country Show" in Branson, MO

keepin it country band

Rick Langston has been performing for over 30 years. He has brought the sounds of the Grand Ole Opry to Branson with his experience playing at the Opry with such greats like Jean Sheppard, Jim Ed Browne, the Grand Ole Opry Band and many others. This show starts out in the 40’s era of country music, and takes you on the journey up thru the years of the Grand Ole Opry and Country Music.

Brad Browne, who is Rick’s son-in-law, plays rhythm guitar and sings has the sound of the Great Earnest Tubb and his dry sense of humor adds to all aspects of the show. Brad is a young, good-looking fellow that all the girls like, especially the older women cause he reminds them of their grandson! He has the manners that will not stop, and a pretty wife also.

Misty Dawn, Rick’s daughter is ”Branson’s Best Kept Secret”!!! She can yodel better than Patsy Montana and when she sings Cowboy Sweetheart, she proves it. Misty Dawn also does hits from favorites like Patsy Cline, Kitty Wells, Faith Hill and many more. Misty truly has the best female voice in Branson! She is remarkable at everything she sings. She can bring down the house with standing ovations on her version of "Cowboys Sweetheart"! Her voice is strong and she harmonizes so well with her dad and husband.

Rick and his daughter Misty Brown and her husband Brad Brown will take you thru the hits and classics of country music from the 40's of Jimmy Rogers to the more recent in the 80's.

This show also has a Branson legend, Harley Worthit. Harley is full of surprises and laughs for all ages. His nerdy wit has the audience cracking up all thru the show.  Harley has been a Branson favorite since the Plummer Family was here back in the 70's and 80's.

In this show, there will also be a little bluegrass, a little gospel, and good ole family fun variety.

The theater, The Little Opry Theater located at the Ozark’s Discovery IMAX, is perfectly located on shepherd of the Hills Parkway, next to Shoji Tabushi Theatre.
